Important Announcement
We hope this message finds you well. We apologise for our recent silence, we’ve been incredibly busy concentrating on our own charities as the demand for our services continues to grow.

When we founded IWRA, our vision was to create an umbrella organisation that unites wildlife rehabilitators while raising standards of knowledge and care and providing essential education and support to our community. We are immensely proud of what we have accomplished and are eternally grateful to everyone who stood with us to make this possible.

Ireland's wildlife rehabilitation community has evolved vastly in the past number of years, with the standard of knowledge and care rising to that of leading organisations across the globe. IWRA are extremely proud of the connections we have made with conservation organisations around the world to put Ireland's Wildlife Rehabilitation on the global stage.

Today we have exciting news to share with you!

The next step in IWRA’s future is to hand the organisation over to a larger team who will be lead by Dan Donoher of Kildare Wildlife Rescue. Dan has a long career in Irish Wildlife Rehabilitation and his team will be dedicated to bringing IWRA into the future.

To ensure a smooth transition, impartiality and avoid any conflicts of interest, Dan will assemble a talented team of individuals to guide IWRA into the future.
We have every faith that this team will continue to grow IWRA to its full potential and are very excited about the future of Irish Wildlife Rehabilitation.

We wish the new team every success.
